What currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in Canadian Currency. If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please be aware of the current exchange rate (which will probably benefit you!).
How do I make a purchase?
Love an item? Simply click on the Add To Cart button near the bottom of the listing. Items that require you to make a choice (ie: ring sizes) will have a drop down menu on the listing. Please make your selection BEFORE adding to cart or you will receive the default listing which may not be the one you want!
How do I pay?
All payments are processed by Paypal and payment is received at the time you purchase. You can pay through Credit or Debit card, bank account or Paypal account directly through Paypal. We hav been using Paypal exclusively since 2004 and have never, ever had a concern regarding online safety in transferring money via Paypal.
PLEASE NOTE: if you pay with an echeque via Paypal your order WILL NOT ship until payment has cleared. This can take up to 10 days, so please order ahead of time if you need your order by a certain date.
What happens next?
Paypal automatically sends a Payment Notification to both you and myself. I personally check each and every purchase order for any discrepencies regarding custom sizes or finishes.
Items that are NOT custom work (ie some rings) are packaged and mailed out within 3 days. I try to keep a fine balance between work and family so purchases made on Fridays or weekends may not go into the postal system till Tuesdays. I notify you when your package goes into the mailbox.
What if it's a Custom piece?
Custom work such as a specific ring size or a different finish can take from a few extra days to a week. I will contact you with a more informed estimate at the time of purchase.
How will I get my purchase?
Fellow Canadians: I ship to you via Oversized Letter. You should receive your purchase within 1-2 weeks.
Our American Neighbours: Your purchases go Light Packet Surface via Canada Post. You should receive your items within 2-3 weeks.
All Other Countries: Your purchases go Light Packet airmail via Canada Post. You should receive your items within 2-6 weeks.
What can I expect in my package?
Every single piece of jewellery is polished, cleaned and inspected before I send it out. I double-check sizes and make sure moving parts are working perfectly.
I then insert an information card with the jewellery (this has stone names and or other particulars written on it) which is wrapped in tissue.
I then place the wrapped jewellery inside a sturdy box. This ensures that the item will not be bent or broken.
I add my own flair with my signature presentation.
A Jewellery Care Card and dry cleaning cloth is included with your purchase and I may toss in a coupon for your next purchase or a couple business cards for a friend.
This all goes into a tough as nails envelope to ensure it gets to you safe and sound.
You will NEVER, EVER get anything inside your package that is scented, messy or dirty.
I do not normally use pre-used packing materials but do encourage you to recycle what I send. I NEVER, EVER send any propaganda items such as polital, religious or questionable pamphlets and the like.
What about Returns?
I want you to be HAPPY with your purchase.
If for some reason, you are disatisfied with your purchase, please use the Contact Form to let me know the details so we can work something out.
I will do a Full Refund (less postage and packing fees) if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
Earrings are subject to a $2-5 restocking fee (due to health concerns, earwires have to be replaced). Please note that the return postage is at the customers expense.
Please contact me PRIOR to returning the item.
What if I need a Repair?
I am all about the quality. I stand behind my workmanship and will repair at any time, anything I've made in the past. There may be a small charge if stones or metal needs to be replaced.
I really don't like Spam!?
Me neither! That's why you will never have to worry about me giving your email out to anyone else. Nor will I contact you beyond the Shipping Notification and a follow-up email after you receive your package.
I DO have an email newsletter available that goes out once a month, about mid-month.

I own a store! Do you do Wholesale? What about Consignment?
Yes, I do wholesale on a select group of items. For more information, use the Contact Form to send an inquiry to me. Please include your store information such as name, location, type and anything else you think I should know about you.
I do Consignment as well but only within an hours drive of my studio. This means I can keep the inventory fresher and stocked up. Again, contact me to discuss further!
